ROse poggio

Meet Nature’s Om Adventures Co-Founder and leader, Rose. A wandering soul at heart, Rose is eager to turn her dream of inspiring others through nature into reality! She is thankful for every professional experience she’s had, from office life, to managing a music and art school, to teaching music. She has been on a quest to find deeper meanings and connections to life, others, and herself. Her search led her to yoga teacher training and the great outdoors. She found herself escaping on the weekends to hike, travel, stand-up paddle board, or whatever she could get her hands on. With this thought, Natures Om Adventures was born. Rose leads our outdoor yoga classes and truly believes yoga is for everyone! Her most recent burst of wanderlust and adventure led her to Costa Rica where she instructed beach yoga. A die hard music lover, you can find her in the front row at concerts or music festivals, singing random song lyrics, and making what she considers to be the “best” music playlists. She is always in search of a good gluten free beer, especially on Sundays, where she can be found rooting for the New York Giants.

Bea kittiratanaporn

Meet Nature’s Om Adventures Co-Founder and leader, Bea.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY, but raised in Thailand for the first eight years of her life. Currently living on Long Island, she spends her working days as a registered nurse. In her free time, you can find her in her element, running trails and marathons. She will be training to run the New York City Marathon this November! Bea also loves to hike and has an “ain’t no mountain high enough” mentality. She truly believes that everyone can climb a mountain with the some support and determination. Even though Bea is an advocate of leading a healthy lifestyle - she keeps it balanced with the love for tacos and ramen. She practices yoga, reiki, and meditation (her favorite form of meditation is listening to podcasts and crocheting). She hopes to share these practices during our adventures as we wander deep into nature. Having a mom and brother as Thai chefs, Bea is great at cooking with a special Thai essence.  Join us to experience all that Bea has to offer!
